- Understanding Missional Model of Theological Education; Walking Alongside: Mentoring, Coaching and Tutoring in the Church's Teaching Ministry
How does the church form the people who teach and lead it? Learn how leaders grow inside ministry, and the work of the mentor, the coach and the tutor.
This course reads two WWES books. The first explains why forming leaders belongs inside ministry, drawing on Scripture, research on learning and the principles of the indigenous church, and shows how cost and technology shape who can study. The second, Walking Alongside, turns to those who form others and asks where helping stops. Some of what the course describes may touch your own life; when a matter needs more than a course can give, turn to your church or a professional where you live.
