- Church Leadership
People copy what a leader does far more than what a leader says. Learn how leaders shape the culture of a church, and why character comes before skill.
Following Church Leadership, this course looks at how a church gains clarity about who it is, makes the next step normal, cuts back its calendar, and moves from adding members to multiplying leaders. Then it turns to the leader's own life: character, and the hidden life of prayer, the Word and rest. It ends with how leaders are tested, how they release others, and how they hand on their work.
What you will study

- Movement: making the next step normal

- Multiplication: every member in ministry, and leaders formed where they serve

- The inner life: prayer, the Word and rest
- Suffering, delegation and letting others lead
- Legacy: handing on a culture that reproduces
